So many people with whom I have spoken lately have expressed the sentiment that they are not doing enough. They feel like they are too emotional, not succeeding well enough at their tasks. Many question their own value on the planet. I am here to say that you are enough, you are doing enough and you are deeply loved.
Lisa Michaels is currently offering a very special program for helping you to reconnect to your highest self. This is a perfect time to take a few minutes a day(on your own schedule) to tune into Spirit and be reminded of all that you are. If you feel you would benefit from some guidance on how to make your life work more effectively through these times, I would like to encourage you to consider 29 Days to Ignite Deep Grace with Lisa Michaels.
We are all experiencing tremendously stressful times. I know of no one who has not been touched or directly involved in a deeply distressing experience. All of us have questioned our ability to face what is happening in the best possible way. Although I have never had children I am going to compare this to natural childbirth. Do you think any mother going through natural childbirth thought she was doing it “right”? Do you think anyone was questioning whether she was being too emotional? Do you think in the midst of it she felt loved and that “all is well”? And then the baby comes and all is well and the love in the room is apparent and she knows she had succeeded. I think this is what is happening with all of us now. We are being torn apart in the midst of the earth’s changes, and we can’t always see the bigger picture or even trust that things will work out.
In these times we need to support each other. Please tell your friends how much you love them and that you believe in them and that you trust that we will all get through this difficult time. Be the touchstone for someone else. And if you can, know in your heart that YOU are deeply loved, able to share love and made of love itself. Know that the Universe is able to go through this transition and come to a better place. Believe that you are doing fine even if you are crying or scared. Trust in your heart that all is well, even though you can’t quite see that yet.
I would like to share with you a prayer that Julianna Kallas included in her latest newsletter as it touched me deeply.
” St.Theresa of Avila Prayer”
Let nothing disturb you.
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing away.
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things.
Whoever has God lacks nothing.
God alone suffices.
